Faculty: Through our faculty, "The Kings Roundtable", we make available to employees and leaders within the workplace workshops, seminars and webniars training modules on a variety of leadership subjects that lead to a more peaceful, productive and successful working environment. This in-turn increases employee knowledge, while reducing employee turnover, operating cost, and increases your profit margin. These coaching modules are available in various formats.

Support: Our follow-up support group(s) provides coaching, accountability, the pooling of wisdom and prayer, which are major factors in the success ratios of many businesses leading to transformed communities and cities. Included in our service are apostolic counsel and prophetic insight. Our coaches are trained to release prophetically sound impartations of wisdom as an answer to the challenge of the particular situation. The keys lie in spiritual discernment in knowing what are the right choices to make, and when is the correct timing.

Financial Efficiency Reviews (FERs): We also provide a FER high level assessment on how efficient a business is in converting management energy into profit and cash. FERs identify areas in financial operations and the business' overall strategy where it is either losing money or not making enough. Its a ideal tool for holding companies, majority shareholders who do not participate in active management and owner managed businesses to independently assess business unit performance making sure that they are getting value for money. FERs are low cost, non-invasive and focus on business strategies and financial results as opposed to an audit of details and transactions. The efficiency report provides recommendations to the owners on how to improve financial results. Your management team is supposed enhanced shareholder value by producing acceptable financial results. Some teams perform well, some badly. As an owner, you need to ensure that your team is producing the best result for you.

Intercessory Prayer Empowerment: We Provide intercessory prayer empowerment for employers, employees, family members, customers, and their business operations to ensure that there is a continual application of protection. This is such an important area that we have assigned a seasoned intercessor to manage and schedule our team of intercessors.

Strategic Relationships: We have strategic partnership relationships with several successful business and ministry organizations that complement our coaching services. These strategic relationships include the Ruddick Int'l Group, Global Initiatives Foundation, RVF Consulting, and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
